It blows air over the surface of food or drinks to help them cool. It is a small fan, not a refrigerator, and does not actively chill liquids.
Will it fit my cup or bowl?
Fit depends on the shape and thickness of the rim and the style you choose. Make sure the fan sits securely on a stable container before switching it on. It is not a universal fit.
How quickly will my food cool?
Cooling time varies with the starting temperature, portion size, container and room conditions. Always check the temperature before eating or drinking.
How is it powered?
PuffPop is USB rechargeable. Charge it using the instructions supplied with your selected style. Keep the charging port dry.
Can I use it at family mealtimes?
An adult should position and operate the fan. It is not a toy or a temperature safety device. Supervise children around the fan and hot food, and always check food temperature before serving.
How do I clean it?
Switch it off and disconnect it from charging. Wipe the outside with a soft cloth. Keep liquid out of the air outlet and charging port; do not immerse it or put it in the dishwasher.
