Standard shipping: free for eligible orders over $99, as described in that policy. Optional paid shipping services are governed by the options shown at checkout.

Store return window: contact us within 7 days after delivery to request an eligible return. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Contact us before sending anything back and follow the instructions provided.
